ecop is a clean tech company that has developed a pioneering technology for industrial high-temperature heat pumps. For us, sustainability is not just a buzzword – we are making a significant contribution to the heat and climate transition.

From April 2025, we will be moving to our new location in Wiener Neudorf, where we will have optimal conditions. Our team is committed and enthusiastic about breaking new ground and solving technical problems together. We work in a modern way, have flat hierarchies and there are always new development opportunities.
We have strong industry and sales partners, are well financed and have a clear growth plan. ecop has obtained numerous awards and was recently the only company from Austria to receive funding from the EU EIC Accelerator.

How does the selection process work?
We look through the applications and draw up a shortlist. If you are on this shortlist, we will invite you to an interview with the manager responsible. In the final step, you get to know the team and the team gets to know you. If everything fits together, you will become part of ecop.
